Eduardo Escolar Cánovas
Founder & CEO of Talent Interpreters | Conference Interpreter
My passion for communication and intercultural understanding has shaped my career around one clear goal: helping people from different cultures communicate effectively through professional conference interpreting.
Since the beginning of my career, I have firmly believed that interpreting and translation are far more than converting words from one language into another. They are about conveying ideas, emotions and context to create meaningful communication. With more than 15 years of experience in the language services industry, I have led international projects for companies and public institutions while building and managing teams of highly qualified conference interpreters. Throughout this journey, I have remained committed to innovation, professionalism and excellence in every service we provide.
Academically, I hold a degree from an international triple-accreditation programme comprising:
- BA in Translation and Interpreting – University of Granada (Spain)
- Economic and Cultural Studies – University of Passau (Germany)
- Modern Languages – Northumbria University (United Kingdom)
My working languages and areas of expertise are Spanish, English and German, with a particular focus on conference interpreting.
María Nieves Prieto

As Head of Human Resources, Project Manager and Conference Interpreter (Spanish–French–English), I coordinate interpreting projects and manage professional teams to ensure the highest standards of service quality. My academic background in Conference Interpreting, International Trade and European Union Law has provided me with a strategic and international perspective on multilingual communication.
Throughout my career, I have worked across a wide range of sectors, including business, healthcare, public institutions, international cooperation, education, media and finance, helping organisations communicate effectively without language barriers during conferences, meetings and events.
I am also responsible for recruiting, selecting and coordinating our network of professional interpreters, ensuring that every client is matched with the most suitable language expert and enjoys a seamless interpreting experience from start to finish.
Isaac García Romero

I consider myself a committed, approachable and continuously evolving professional, with a strong ability to adapt to change and a strategic mindset that enables me to anticipate risks and optimise processes. My goal is to help companies and clients achieve successful outcomes through efficient, well-structured project management.
With more than five years of experience in project management, I have worked in fast-paced and demanding environments, leading multidisciplinary teams, coordinating resources and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and in line with their objectives. My approach combines careful planning, risk management and flexibility, allowing me to provide tailored and effective solutions for every client.

Sonia César Reinon
Project Manager | Translator & Interpreter
As a Project Manager at Talent Interpreters and a professional Translator and Interpreter with more than 18 years of experience, I specialise in managing translation and interpreting projects for companies across a wide range of industries, ensuring the delivery of high-quality language services.
As a translator and interpreter, I work primarily between English and Spanish, with expertise in legal, financial, technical and medical content. My background also includes software localisation and multilingual project management, enabling me to develop and implement effective translation and content adaptation strategies for international markets.
Throughout my career, I have led translation and localisation departments, managed relationships with clients and language professionals, and coordinated multicultural teams in demanding international environments. My approach is based on precision, efficiency and a strong commitment to tailoring every solution to the specific needs of each project.
I am passionate about translation and interpreting, and I strive every day to deliver language solutions that help businesses, public institutions and individuals communicate effectively across languages and cultures.
Nacho Rodríguez
Project Manager Senior
Although my academic background is in engineering, my professional career has been built around project management.
Since 2017, I have successfully managed more than 1,000 interpreting events, gaining extensive knowledge of the language services and conference interpreting industry. As a Senior Project Manager, I oversee the entire project lifecycle, from the initial quotation request through to the successful delivery of each assignment, ensuring every project is executed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
My responsibilities include coordinating both human and technical resources, making sure that every event is supported by the right team of interpreters and the appropriate interpreting equipment. With a strong focus on personalised service, my goal is to identify the most effective solution for each client and ensure that every project receives the level of support and expertise it deserves.
