We believe that interpreting plays a fundamental role in facilitating communication at international events, business meetings, conferences and any other setting where accuracy, clarity and seamless communication are essential.
From the very beginning, we take care of every detail to ensure a flawless experience for our clients. This includes not only selecting the most suitable interpreters for each event and subject matter, but also providing meticulous project coordination to ensure that every logistical, technical and human aspect is perfectly aligned.
1. Receiving Your Enquiry
Our process begins the moment we receive your enquiry. To ensure that every detail is accurate and complete, we contact you promptly to confirm the information provided. This initial step is essential to prevent misunderstandings and ensure we have a clear understanding of your event requirements from the outset.
2. Interpreter Availability & Quotation
Once the details have been confirmed, we carefully assess the availability of interpreters specialising in the required language combination(s). Based on your specific requirements, we prepare a tailored quotation designed to meet the needs of your event. As soon as the quotation is approved, we move forward with the next stages of the project.
3. Project Planning & Logistics
Once the quotation has been accepted, our project management team takes over the logistical coordination. We ensure that every aspect of the assignment is carefully planned, from our internal organisation to coordination with your team. This includes:
Interpreting Equipment & Technical Support
If required, we arrange interpreting equipment, sound systems and any additional technical resources. For remote or hybrid events, we also provide technical support through our simultaneous interpreting platform to ensure a smooth and reliable experience.
Interpreter Preparation
We request any relevant presentations, agendas, documents or reference materials so that our interpreters can prepare thoroughly before the event.
Recommendations
We always encourage our clients to share as much information as possible. The more context our interpreters receive, the better they can familiarise themselves with the subject matter, prepare the appropriate terminology and deliver the highest possible quality of interpretation.
4. Event Delivery
On the day of the event, we ensure everything runs seamlessly.
On-site Events
Our interpreters arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time to familiarise themselves with the venue and carry out any necessary technical checks.
Online Events
For virtual assignments, we connect approximately 30 minutes in advance to test the platform and verify that all audio and video settings are working correctly. This allows us to resolve any technical issues before the event begins and guarantees uninterrupted interpreting throughout the session.

Once the event has concluded, we always invite our clients to share their feedback.
